J.SUN do business as the following ways: |

1. In General, for those TARGETED
China manufacturers, who have import & export right
from China government, J.SUN will introduce them to
the overseas buyers/end users for contract signing
DIRECTLY in due course ON LESS COMMISSION BASIS
.i.e. overseas buyers/end users will buy the goods
DIRECTLY from those TARGETED China manufacturers,
and vice versa. J.SUN do not act as principal of the
purchase/sales contract. |

2. Sometimes, for those TARGETED China
manufacturers, who have No import & export right
from China government .J.SUN will introduce some
China traders/import &export companies to act as
agents on behalf of the TARGETED China manufacturers
to export their goods to the overseas buyers/end
users ON LITTLE COMMISSION BASIS, and vice versa.
J.SUN do not act as principal of the purchase/sales
contract. |

3. Seldom, for some commodities, J.SUN cooperate
with some China traders/import & export companies to
export the goods from the TARGETED China
manufacturers directly On OWN RISK BASIS, and vice
versa. J.SUN do not act as principal of the
purchase/sales contract. |

4. Besides, J.SUN are entrusted by the customers at
home and abroad as their AGENTS/ REPRESENTATIVES/
PARTNERS/ CONSULTANTS to target manufacturers/end
users/investors with specified business projects
and/or investment projects. |
